Sometimes a platform needs to go its own way, and sometimes a platform needs to be highly aware of what its peers are doing. This is especially true when it comes to compliance where no one wants to be bottom of the class.
A client of ours had faced third-party scrutiny of its reporting flows. Naturally they were concerned about such feedback and were keen to know whether this criticism was justified, and what enhancements could be made.
We conducted research across multiple peer platforms, which helped our client to understand how they stood in comparison. In this case, our client’s reporting flows measured up very favourably to peer platforms in terms of clarity of labelling, user friendliness and ease of access. In some areas they were clearly top of class.
We were also able to identify several simple enhancements for our client that were of high impact and low uplift, which our client could prioritise while at the same time being able to confidently respond to scrutiny of its processes.
